How your Report is Handled
1. Jurisdiction Check
After receiving your report, we will determine whether it is within our area of responsibility.
2. Confirmation of Submission
A confirmation notice will be sent to you within seven days.
3. Report Assessment
We assess the relevance and plausibility of your report and will contact you if necessary.
4. Forwarding for Processing
The report is forwarded to the responsible organisation for further processing.
5. Feedback
You will be informed of the measures taken within three months.

Internal Reporting Office
We are an internal reporting office pursuant to Section 12 of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). Reports may only be submitted for companies for which we are authorised to act in this capacity.
Scope of Reporting
Reportable matters under the HinSchG include unlawful actions in a professional context that fall within the scope of Section 2 HinSchG.
